• Keep bags zipped and secured when possible.

• Avoid placing phones or wallets in easily accessible pockets.

• Be especially alert in crowded areas and during public events.

• Report suspicious behavior to law enforcement.

This 6-hour workshop covers intuition, situational awareness, de-escalation, boundary setting, and full-force self-defense techniques designed to build confidence and personal safety skills. Led by a Whistle Instructor and a padded Suited Instructor acting as a mock assailant, participants will practice realistic scenarios and physical defense techniques in a safe, supportive environment.
