Join the spooky fun at the Japanese Cultural and Community Center of Northern California’s Japantown  Halloween  Carnival. Enjoy crafts, bounce houses, performances, and a kids’ costume parade and contest—with prizes for the cutest, scariest, most creative, best overall and most spirited group/family!
