Discover the art of washi ningyo paper doll making with instructors Yuri Nakamura and Rochelle Lum! [ANNOUNCEMENT]: Find my Certificate of Preference
If you or your family were displaced by San Francisco Redevelopment (Western Addition, Hunters Point, or Yerba Buena) in the 1960s–70s, you may qualify for a Certificate of Preference (COP). This program gives displaced residents and their descendants priority for certain affordable housing opportunities in San Francisco (no guarantee or subsidy).
