CAAMFest will be returning to San Francisco Japantown for its 44th year, with five days of events, conversations, and films featuring bold and unexpected stories from Asian America. Details/Tickets. If you or your family were displaced by San Francisco Redevelopment (Western Addition, Hunters Point, or Yerba Buena) in the 1960s–70s, you may qualify for a Certificate of Preference (COP). This program gives displaced residents and their descendants priority for certain affordable housing opportunities in San Francisco (no guarantee or subsidy).
